Navigating the New Time by Activating Timelines of Inner Unity and
Oneness

As old ways of being, fade from your rearview mirror, you're able to
bring your full focus and attention to new visions and inspirations that
stretch before you. This year marks the ultimate new beginning as
the song rises within many to unite in a vision of oneness for the
future. This vision allows us to become one with our higher self and
move forward as a whole, unified being. When we become one within
ourselves, we are able to unite with others in unity, harmony and oneness.

In this new time, the energies of high-vibrational timelines are more
accessible than at any other location in human consciousness. All we
need do is perceive with our imagination new timelines of inner unity
and oneness stretching before us in all directions and set our intention
to align with these. By entering a relaxed, meditative state, we are
able to sense the frequencies of these timelines entering our energy
field. These frequencies have the ability to raise our vibration to
allow stronger communion with our higher self. Over time this communion
allows us to become telepathic to our higher self.

We offer here additional steps to activate timelines of inner unity and
oneness:

One) Create inner harmony. Bring to awareness any aspects of yourself
that are at odds. Ask these aspects to join together to support you and
your new goals and vision. By entering the highest vibration you can
access, you're able to create a space where inner unification can take
place. Meditating beforehand and chanting OM are two ways to help create
this space, as does listening to music encoded with notes that simulate
high-vibrational states.

Two) Make a list of everything you're grateful for. Look at everything
and everyone in your life from a place of gratitude - even those people
and situations you feel have caused you the greatest pain. Every avenue
of forgiveness is an opportunity to become a greater facilitator for
harmony and oneness on the planet.

Three) Meditate on love, releasing all past definitions of love.
Unconditional love is the purest vibration in the universe. Find within
yourself the pure vibrational essence of love that is beyond all words
and definition.

Four) Observe the symbols around you within every moment. As we learn
the universal language of symbols we're able to better commune with our
soul and receive its messages. Dreamwork is one way to become attuned to
the language of your soul. Journaling and automatic writing can also be
helpful tools in learning to decode the symbols of both your sleeping
and waking dreams.

Five) Ask questions of your higher self and trust that answers will flow
into your consciousness as they are needed. When we release the need to
micromanage the events of our lives, we enter a natural flow where
everything happens easily and effortlessly.

Six) Spend time taking 15-minute sun baths, allowing the sun's essence
to enter your physical system. Take walks in nature to free yourself of
any energies of divisiveness or separation. Spending time near water
allows you to more easily align with universal flow.

Seven) Pay attention to your emotional landscape and the people and
events that trigger challenging emotions. These triggers offer insight
into the nature of your sacred wound and steps you can take to heal it.
Once we heal and release our sacred wound, we are able to clear away
anything that stands between ourselves and direct telepathic communion
with our higher self.

Eight) Remember to eat light -- taking in significant amounts of raw
food, green juices and high PH water that helps alkalinize your physical
system and allows you to become a
stronger receiving station.

Nine) Write a spiritual autobiography detailing the blessings and gifts
of the most memorable events of your life -- including the events that
seemed traumatic or difficult at the time.

Ten) Make time for creative play and developing your imagination.
Creativity is the doorway through which all new ideas, visions,
innovations and works of art arrive in the world.

These are just a few steps we can take in this new time to leave behind
old ways of separation and disharmony. As we take these steps, it
becomes easier to open to allow a new way founded in oneness with
all-that-is and inner unity.

Become the Higher Self for Aspects not yet Aligned with the New Time

There may be parts of ourselves not yet on board with these changes.
These parts will want to hold back from living at this level. Become the
higher self for these selves, nurturing and loving them and bringing
them to a new level of understanding. As you mentor and love these
selves, they are empowered to support you in your vision of oneness and
inner harmony.

If you focus dislike and judgment on these aspects within your being,
(or upon what you do not like out in the world), you will only create
       more dissension and disharmony within you and around you. Become a force
for love and harmony in the universe by loving all that comes before
you. In this way, your energy creates a field around you that others can
access and utilize to raise their own frequency to the level of harmony
and oneness. This is the intent and purpose of the new time on planet
Earth.

A Chakra Healing Meditation

    With this experience, you will be directing your attention to each of          the chakras in turn, first by focusing on physical sensations, and then    by using your imagination, your ability to create images, to create the experience of colors there.  There is no difference between imagination and visualization, except for the fact that most people believe more in their ability to imagine than in their ability to visualize. They know that even children can imagine things, but visualization …  well, that’s another thing.
While you will be asked to imagine certain colors in certain places, you may have impressions of other colors. If this happens, just notice what the other colors are that you are having an impression of, and then release them, and replace them with the proper color. You will be able to do this by imagining that you are shining lights of the proper color on the chakra, or painting it the proper color, or imagining something of the proper color there. Finally, you will be able to create an impression of the proper colors in the proper places, and experience the effects of that.
If there were impressions of colors different from those asked for, this will show you something about what was happening in that portion of your consciousness. You will be able to consult the “Color Language” chart found later in this book, and see what the colors that you saw mean in terms of our model of wholeness, and how the description found in the chart matches what you know to have been happening in your own consciousness.
Now, find a comfortable position, and do the meditation as follows:
First, direct your attention to your perineum, and to the physical sensations you experience there.  Feel something.  Decide that what you are feeling is energy, and then decide that this energy is glowing red.  If you have an impression of another color, notice what it is, and then release it, and make it red. Have a final impression of a clear red ball of energy where you know your Red Chakra to be. Hold your attention there, doing that, for some moments.
Next, move your attention up about ten centimeters, to the middle of your abdomen, and to the physical sensations you experience there. Feel something, and decide that what you are feeling is energy.
Then, decide that this energy is glowing orange.  If you have an impression of another color, just notice what it is, and then release it, and make it orange. Finally, have an impression of a clear orange ball of energy where you know your Orange Chakra to be, and hold your attention there, doing that for some moments.
Now, move your attention to your solar plexus. Be aware of sensations there. Feel something, and decide that what you are feeling is energy. Then, decide that this energy is glowing yellow.  If you have an impression of another color, just notice what it is, and then change it, and make it yellow.  Have a final impression of a clear yellow ball of energy glowing in your Yellow Chakra, and hold that     experience for some moments.                    
Now, move your attention to the center of your chest, where you know your Green Chakra to be. Be aware of sensations there. Feel something, and decide that what you feel is energy, and that it is glowing emerald green.  If you have an impression of another color, just notice what it is, and then release it, and make it emerald green. Hold the impression of a clear emerald green ball of energy in your Green Chakra for some moments, experiencing it.
Now, move your attention to the base of your throat. Be aware of sensations there. Feel something there where you know your Blue Chakra to be, and decide that what you are feeling is energy, and that it is glowing blue, sky blue. If you have an impression of another color there, just notice what it is, and change it.  Decide that now, it is sky blue.  Hold the final impression of a clear sky blue ball of energy in your Blue Chakra for some moments.
Next, place your attention on the center of your forehead. Be aware of sensations there, feel something where you know your Indigo Chakra to be, and decide that what you are feeling is energy.  Decide that it is glowing indigo, midnight blue. If you have an impression of another color there, just notice what it is, and release it.  Change it. Decide that now it is indigo, and hold for some moments an impression of an indigo ball of energy in your Indigo Chakra. 
Now, move your attention to the top of your head. Be aware of sensations there, where you know your Violet Chakra to be. Feel something, and decide that what you are feeling is energy. Then, decide that this energy is glowing violet, the color of amethyst.  If you have an impression of another color, just notice what it is, and change it. Make it violet, and hold a final impression for some moments of a violet ball of energy glowing in the Violet Chakra.
Finally, just relax, and notice the state of being you experience after the meditation, compared to how you felt before the experience. No doubt, you will notice how you feel better in some way, and you will therefore understand, through your experience, the benefits of this meditation. 
The meditation not only helps you to re-center yourself when you need to, but also gives you an inventory of what has been happening in your consciousness just before the experience, a picture of where you are.  You can expect that after the work you have done on yourself with this meditation, any out-of-balance conditions have been corrected, or improved to some degree.
The inventory of where you are is the result of the analysis of the colors that were seen in the various chakras, as shown in the “Color Language” chart previously mentioned.  If you saw only the proper colors in areas that you know to have been out of balance, such as those areas associated with particular physical symptoms you have been experiencing, you will know that your view of yourself was not reflecting what was real, but rather what you wanted it to be. It is necessary that your view of where you are in any moment is without any element of self-deception, or you will not have the mechanism available to improve something that the deeper part of you knows to be out of balance.
Know yourself, and what is true for you. Accept that. That’s the starting point for everything else. Remember that anything can be healed.
                                    
                                              Releasing your shadow energy

             To find your shadow energy, you have to be dedicated to a journey of descent.    Think of this journey as going back to retrieve parts of your life that have been abandoned because you felt so ashamed or guilty about them. The anger that erupts from the shadow is attached to past events that were never resolved. Now those events are over and gone, but their emotional residue isn’t.
Shame, guilt, and fear cannot be accessed by thinking. The shadow isn’t a region of thoughts and words. Even when you have a flash of memory and recall such emotions, you are using a part of the higher brain–the cortex–that cannot touch the shadow. The journey of descent begins only when you find the doorway to the lower brain, where experience is sorted out not according to reason but according to intense feelings.
No matter how free you feel from shadow energies, they exist inside you. If they didn’t, you would be in a state of total freedom, joy, and unboundedness. You would be in unity, the state of innocence regained when the hidden energy of the shadow has been purified.
Shadow energies make themselves known whenever a controlled situation turns unexpectedly anxious or causes unexpected anger or dread. If you feel guilty or ashamed of yourself after you experience these, then you have touched, however briefly, on the shadow. An eruption of irrational feeling isn’t he same as releasing them. Venting is not purification. So don’t mistake an outburst for catharsis. When a shadow energy truly leaves, there is no resistance anymore, and you see something you didn’t see before.

                                                         Gastronomy

Tipsy Maple Pecan Pie
3/4 cup maple sugar (or organic raw sugar)
3/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1/2 cup maple syrup (or agave nectar or honey)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup bourbon
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 Basic Pie Dough (use your favorite 9-inch crust, or recipe below)
1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
2. Put the molasses, sugar, agave, butter, and salt into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Increase heat to high and let the mixture boil for 1 minute, then emove from heat, pour into a mixing bowl and let cool to room temperature.
4. Whisk eggs, vanilla, and bourbon into the molasses. Stir in the pecans, then pour mix into the prepared pie crust.
5. Bake the pie on middle rack for about 1 hour–it should be firm around the edge and nearly set but still a little soft in the middle (it should wiggle when you nudge it). Allow to cool completely before serving.
Basic Pie Dough (9-Inch)
This is such a simple crust, just make sure not to work it too much. Once you’ve added the ice water, stop fussing with it. To make ahead, this can rolled out and frozen for future use, or shaped into a disc and refrigerated for a few hours.
1/2 cup organic all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour (or your favorite baking four)
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoons cold butter, diced, plus a little more to grease the pan
1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Using a pastry cutter or 2 knives, cut the butter into the flour until it feels like cornmeal. Sprinkle in ice water, as needed (as many as 4 tablespoons) mixing it into the dough until it can form a ball. Press the dough into a round, flat disk, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling it out.
2. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with softened butter, then sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
3. Fit the dough into the pan. Trim and crimp the edges.
