New beginnings

Embrace the new in your life, including new opportunities, people and projects. The angels know that change can be frightening, and they surround you now with loving energy. Call upon them whenever you feel afraid of facing novel situations. They will boost your confidence and energy so that you can enjoy your new beginnings.

Sometimes we cling to old routines because they are familiar. The angels ask you to be open to new approaches to life. Perhaps they will teach you a new way of looking at situations. Or maybe they will call on you to learn a new skill. Whenever the new beginning is for you, allow yourself to be stretched by the fresh circumstances. We learn about ourselves through new experiences.

Shifting to a Fifth-Dimensional Reality Thread By DL Zeta

Energies and light transmissions have been "amped up" in recent times, thinning the veils between dimensions and making it easier than ever before to make the shift to fifth-dimensional consciousness. Some lightworkers have found themselves paradoxically during this time re-treading old scenarios. At times it may have seemed they were more enmeshed in third-dimensional experiences than in past times.This seeming re-treading of old energies is designed to help many bring completion to old scenarios that have bound them to past wounds. During this time it is good to stand back from whatever has been going on and examine how this may be the "graduation exam" for situations from the past. It is now, during this time, that each person has the opportunity to see what they intended to learn by creating these situations from the past. Once understanding is gained, it is time to shift one's focus and attention to realities aligned with the new time on Planet Earth.Parallel Realities and Shifting Focus ThreadsAll potential realities run parallel, spinning off the essence of each person's core energies. In order to shift from experiencing one reality thread to another, all one needs to do is move their focus from one reality thread to another. A focus shift is best undertaken gradually with the intention to bring a loving conclusion to the current reality thread. This means being prepared to move through that completion with grace. All that is required in making a reality shift is to make sure one's motivations are the highest and best for all and without negative feeling for the reality being de-magnetized.If you leave a reality thread with unresolved emotions, you'll find it necessary at some point to return to it -- or one energetically compatible with it -- to bring about completion in the future.Once you begin to "tune into" a new reality thread, you will download information and guidance needed to exist along this new continuum. It is not necessary to know a great deal about a new reality thread you are guided to; all that is needed is a love for where you have been and a love for the unknown space you're traveling into. Lemon Cheese cake
This is a seriously yummy cheesecake which is very easy to make. You can add fresh cream and preserved lemon rind to the top for a very impressive cake, but it’s really great is it is.
What you need1/2 packet crushed tennis biscuits125g butter185ml castor sugar1 tub cream cheese60ml lemon juice5 eggs separated30g flour30ml maizenaThe processTake a 20cm, loose bottom cake tin and grease well with butter on the bottom and sides. Toss in the crushed tennis biscuits, shake it around until the bottom is completely covered and press down lightly. Then place it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Mix the butter and castor sugar together, add the cream cheese, lemon juice and egg yolks and mix with an electric beater.
Add the flour and maizena and give it another good mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff(meringue consistency) and fold them into the mixture. You don’t want to mix them in, you just want to combine them with the mixture evenly using a metal spoon.
Remove the cake tin from the oven and pour in the mixture.
Place in a pre heated oven at 180 Celsius for 15 minutes; then reduce the temperature to 150 Celsius and bake for a further 40 minutes.
The cheesecake should now be golden and firm to the touch.
Let it cool before removing the sides and dusting with cater sugar or adding topping and decorations.



Intuitive Guidance from WithinUsing Yourself as a Pendulum

Learning to trust our intuition is something that can connect us with our higher selves. Sometimes it might not seem easy to do this. Our thoughts and minds often get in the way. But by accessing our innermost self, we will find that the information we receive is usually what we truly need at that moment. One of the techniques that allow us to really get in touch with our deepest font of wisdom is using our body as a pendulum. The simple act of letting our physical being lead us in a certain direction can offer us extremely deep insights and help us find the answers we seek.Many of us may have tried using a pendulum or crystal on a chain as a dousing tool to acquire the information we need to make decisions or even find lost objects. Using our bodies puts us much more closely in tune with our being. The process of using your body as a pendulum is to ask your higher self a question and wait for your body to respond in either a forward-tilting or backward-tilting motion. The first step is to really understand how our higher self communicates with us by centering our bodies, asking ourselves the directions for “yes” and “no,” and noting which way our body moves. For a lot of people a forward motion is “yes,” and your body tilting backward is a “no” answer. It is easier to start with simple questions at first to understand how our higher self communicates with us. As we become more used to the messages we receive and how we process them, we can start asking for more specific things such as what dosage of herbs to take or which foods would best nourish our bodies. Using this technique in the grocery store or when shopping for vitamins and remedies can be extremely helpful.Since we are always present in our bodies, understanding how we can use our bodies as pendulums is a tool we can use at any given moment in our lives. Letting our bodies tell us what is happening inside of us will in turn help to guide us through not just daily but also major life decisions. The more we allow our bodies to open up and share with us the connection it has with our deeper self, the better able we will be to truly access the knowledge we hold so deeply within.
